Training Road Map

1. Training Overview

  • You will be assigned with the Main Course based on your role & experience.

    • WP Beaver Builder Standard

    • QA - New Builds

  • Additionally, you will be assigned with New Builds - Demo Practice / New Builds QA - Demo Practice course, it's Mandatory to complete this course.

  • You will also receive Add-on Courses either immediately or when you reach 70% course completion.

2. Trainee Dashboard -

  • Day Wise Schedule: Provides a complete daily portion of topics to be learned and list of tasks for the day to be performed. Overall, it helps to cover all the topics in a sequence.

  • Daily Tracking: A tracker that helps monitor overall training status, allowing trainees to identify if they are progressing at a fast pace or moving slowly. Please update this on a daily basis before you log out.

3. Practice Demo Site

  • You will receive a Practice Demo Site / Small Tasks from Day 1.

  • Each day’s, complete hands-on tasks based on the day's training schedule.

  • Submit completed tasks with URLs and Screenshots.

  • Address feedback on the same day.

3. Demo Builds

  • You will receive a few Demo Builds (For Integration / QA) from the day after you complete the main training part.

  • Each demo build will have predefined ETA, you should deliver the task with the scheduled ETA.

  • Before starting the Build, open the Workflow document / Specs and follow all the instructions as per the doc until you habituate to the process.

  • Make sure you go through all the Pre Build steps / QA Steps and discuss all the doubts with trainer to avoid mistakes.

  • Resolve your doubts at the earliest, do not hold them till EOD.

  • Address feedback on the same day.

4. Add-on Training Courses

  • WordPress Plugins & Functionalities (only for Builder):- Should explore few most used plugins in training phase and should gain knowledge on how to find a plugin as per requirements and accessing this course for future use.

  • Latest Updates Records (Both for Builders & QAs) :- Should explore all the updates from past 3 months. Example if current month is Feb 2025, you should go through all the updates of 'Nov 2024 to Feb 2025'.

  • Mimic Sites - WDS (only for Builder) :- After moving to production within the first two weeks, you should complete this course. Set a reminder for completion of the course.

  • WooCommerce - Beaver Builder (only for Builder)  :- After moving to production within first two months, you should complete this course. Set a reminder for completion of the course.

5. Weekly Performance Review

  • Expect weekly feedback on your progress.

  • If you have backlogs, clear them ASAP.

  • Areas of improvement will be shared with your managers.

6. Production Readiness

  • A Production Assessment Test will be conducted.

  • If you pass, you will be moved to production.

  • If you fail, a 3-day refresher training will be assigned, followed by a retest.

7. Post-Training Check-ins

  • After moving to production, you will receive feedback check-ins at 0, 30, 60, and 90 days.

  • Use this opportunity to highlight any gaps or concerns with processes.

Trainees: Engage with all training materials, complete tasks on time, and actively participate in feedback cycles.
